Judge Musick graduated from Jackson High School in 1974 and from Ohio University at Athens, Ohio with a Bachelor of Business Administration, cum laude and from Capital University School Of Law with a Juris Doctorate, graduating as a member of the Order of the Curia.

Mark is a lifelong resident of Jackson County and has been practicing law in Jackson County for over twenty years.  He attended Emmanuel Baptist Church and was a member of Boy Scout Troop 51 and attaining the rank of Eagle Scout while in high school. During the 1990’s, Mark was very active in the Jackson Little League Baseball program.

Prior to being elected as Jackson County Municipal Court Judge in November 2007, Judge Musick practiced law in Jackson Ohio at the same location for over twenty years formerly with the firm of Michael, Holzapfel, and Musick, LPA, all of whom now have been elected as judges and serve on the Jackson County bench.
